My Place Bar-b-q in Tahlequah

Food was absolutely terrible. Buffet is small and unremarkable. Rustic hunting cabin themed.

Food is great! Buffet is always stocked. If they run out while they are busy and you let them know they will bring it to your table so you don't have to wait in line. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this place.

The food is awesome. The ribs are my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good service & great food as always.

Used to be one of my favorite places, but lately going through the drive through very small orders one bun was thicker than the meat on my sandwich. Very disappointed ☹️

Have been eating My Place BBQ for over 50 years. Love it..

I bought a one pound of sliced brisket. It was terrible. It was served in a styrofoam cups with a lid. It was about half pound water that spilled all over my seats. When I called to ask them about it they said sorry it will not happen again and hung up on me. My experience was terrible.

I've been eating their chopped beef sandwich and ribs since I was a child. The My Place in Tahlequah stays true to the tastes of my childhood. Love this place!

Yummy food we are visiting from California and the food here was great. When we pulled in looked like they were closed. But we went in the place soon started getting customers. Also they closed at 8:00 we came at 7:40 and they still served us. That's a plus in our books we will come again. Thank you for your great service.

Always had a good experience. Their fish is especially good. They are usually pretty busy but that means people like the place. They sometimes run short of food but will bring it to you when they restock. Like the place!!

Bar-B-Que done Oklahoma style good meat, strong smoke, awesome sauce and "The Fries" by the boat load. Texas toast, beans & slaw. Great atmosphere and vibe. Great dinning experience. If it's a tasty meal you're after then you're at the right place. If it's a healthy meal you're looking for then keep looking. Whopper portions won't disappoint. Price is reasonable.

Delicious!! I had the grilled chicken sandwich & onion rings. Best onion rings I've had in awhile.

Excellent ribs, bologna, and burgers. Well stocked salad bar. Fresh cut fries. Some restaurants have good bbq, some have good sides (especially the fries). This one has it all at reasonable prices. It's definitely worth the drive to Tahlequah.

Buffet/Salad Bar offer variety. The sausages, for me, were fantastic! Just mildly spicy. Perfect! Food did not seem as fresh as I would have liked. But it was a buffet so you can't get perfection.

My place is a great option for lunch and.dinner if you aren't worried about the price. The food is some of the best in town but on the expensive side. They have plenty of parking and seating. Good place for groups or couples. The buffet is awesome here! They also have a kids menu and desert. As other people have said, the rustic environment is really a pleasure. My kids love to look at all the neat stuff they have. Overall a very good place to eat, just a little bit pricy.

Great foodAmazing staff. Try the BBQ buffet, and catfish. Rarely do you find a BBQ buffet that is that good. These guys know what they are doing, the staff is attentive and create a wonderful atmosphere along with the decor. Give them a try....lots of chain restaurants in this town.....skip them go for the real deal....

Was a great dining experience , had the buffet was a good value for everything that was available.

My Place is a great place to go with a rustic atmosphere and friendly staff. They may need to have more staff for those sudden bursts of customers, but with it being off the main road I can't justify that either. All in all bring your kids, bring your wife, cause they are feeding everyone out here.

OMG!!!! THE BEST RIBS I HAVE EVER EATEN. I highly recommend you to get the buffet because it is always up kept and fresh! The staff is really nice and it was squeaky clean even for how busy it was!

Had to ask for a refill, also my friends asked if one of the meats was fatty and the server said she didnt know anything about the meats. Like whattttttt? Teach your staff about your food.

Best ribs in Tahlequah hands down. Great price, great food, comfortable feel. The beans were on point. Only thing I request is fresher veggies and corn bread. Maybe make yourbl Kerbal corn to corn on the cob. This is my spot for a good meal

The buffet was very very yummy. I'm not a big catfish eater, but their stuff was tasty. They kept refilling the buffet with it, but it didn't last long on the bar.

It was great every thing tasted very good and the ribs were to die for will tell everyone about how good it was and where you located.

We've been to this place a couple times, the first time was really good, second time was ok, this third time was awful. They're menu was very misleading with the ribs, they go by ozs we order a full order of ribs and we only got like 6 for 14.75 because the ozs added up to a full. My husband ordered tater tots they charge 2.50 he only got 5. All togther our meal ended up being about $20 when we could go somewhere else and get more. I really want to say it was quality over quantity, but the rins didn't taste that good either, they were also a little cold when we got them.

Usually the food is great! Tonight is was just "ok"..the ribs were good but everything else was just ok. Was dried out and not fresh at all. We got there at 7.....the only thing freshly stocked was the catfish.

This place has some of the best barbeque around. The smoke alone is great but add their delicious sauce and words can't describe it. Friendly employees and great food all in one place.

Went for a quick lunch. Had the chopped beef sandwich and half order of fries. Quite tasty. The fries were fresh and skinny. A bit soft, but good. The sandwich was the right size. Wish for a better bun, maybe a healthier version. But the basic menu has been the same for over 40 years. Maybe you really don't fix what isn't broken. I visit Tahlequah yearly and I always make time for here.

Always good food! Just a little pricey

Just happened to drive by on our way to an entirely different eating place and decided to change our plans and try something new. Very glad we did. Husband had the ribs which were pretty tasty and I had pulled pork. I liked mine just fine but prefer it without sauce so I can taste the meat on its own. Service was just fine and the price was lower than expected. Will return I’m sure.
